Terms of Sale and Use

- •You buy downloadable digital files (Printable PDF and Fillable PDF). We send no physical parcels.
- •You get your files immediately after payment on the screen and by email.
- •All sales are final. Because you receive the file right away, there are no refunds. Please download the free sample first.
- •We collect website usage data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to improve our content and analyze traffic.
- •Your purchase is for one person. You can print it for yourself. You cannot sell or upload it online.
1. Who we are
Wow Deep English is an online shop owned by certified English teacher Ellen Ye. If you have any question, you can write to our email at wowperspectivesacademy@gmail.com.
2. What you buy
You buy digital files only. This includes printable PDF workbooks for paper printing and interactive fillable PDF files for typing on your computer, tablet, or phone. There is no physical paper workbook sent in the post.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments and global digital taxes (VAT/GST) are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Creem.io. Creem.io handles compliance, billing, invoicing, and tax remittance across 190+ countries. You can pay securely with credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Creem.io.
4. Delivery
Your download link appears on your screen right after payment. We also send an order confirmation email with your personal download link. Your download link is valid for 30 days and you can download up to 5 times.
5. No refunds rule (Strict business rule)
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, because you get the file right away. Please read the product page and download the free sample before you buy.
If your file is broken or missing, write to us with your order number. We will send you a fresh download link immediately.
6. Licence and personal use
When you buy a workbook, you get a personal licence for one person. You can print the pages as many times as you like for your own personal study. You cannot resell, share with others online, or copy the materials. Teachers who want to use this with their class can email us for a school licence.

All lessons, characters, exercises, and designs belong to Ellen Ye and Wow Deep English. All rights are reserved.
8. External links
Our lessons may contain links to external songs, pronunciation videos, or pronunciation guides on YouTube. Those websites belong to their own creators.
9. Website analytics and tracking (Google Analytics & Meta Pixel)
To understand how visitors discover Wow Deep English and find our study materials, we use analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These services collect pseudonymous browsing data (such as page views, visitor country, device type, and referral sources). By using our website, you agree to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy. You may manage cookie preferences using our cookie banner or your browser controls.
