When you visit our shop or buy a workbook, we may ask for or collect:

Your email address (to send your download links).
Your country (to show correct digital taxes via Creem.io).
Your name and message when you use our contact form.
Analytics & website usage data: Through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, we collect pseudonymous device information, pages viewed, time spent on the site, and referral sources (such as Instagram, Threads, or search engines).
Technical cookies (to remember your preferences and keep the site running smoothly).

2. Why we collect your data

We collect this information only to give you your purchases, improve our lessons, and help you learn. Specifically:

To send you your download links instantly after payment.
To answer your support messages when you write to Ellen.
To analyze web traffic with Google Analytics so we understand what lessons learners need most.
To measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and advertising with Meta Pixel.

3. Who helps us process data

We use trusted international services to run our shop safely:

Payment & Tax Compliance (Creem.io): Official Merchant of Record processing credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and remitting global digital VAT/GST. We never see or store your payment card numbers.
Google Analytics (Google LLC): Measures website traffic, user interactions, and page performance so we can optimize our study guides.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Measures ad conversions and student interactions coming from Instagram and Facebook.
Hosting and email servers to deliver your digital download links.

4. We never sell your data

We will never sell, give, or trade your personal information to advertising companies or third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your order details so that you can email us if you ever lose your download file and need a replacement. You can ask us to delete this history at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR and global)

You have the right to see what data we have about you, correct mistakes, or ask us to delete all your personal data completely. Write to us at wowperspectivesacademy@gmail.com and we will answer in 1–2 days.

7. Cookies and tracking (Google Analytics & Meta Pixel)

Cookies are tiny text files saved on your browser. We use cookies and tracking technologies for:

Essential cookies: Required for the website to function securely and load properly.
Google Analytics: We collect aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (like page views, session duration, and device type) to understand which lessons and articles are most helpful to students.
Meta Pixel: We use Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Instagram and Facebook announcements and verify that our ads reach interested English learners.

Our workbooks are designed for adult and teen learners aged 16 and older. Learners younger than 16 should ask a parent or guardian to purchase for them.
